Nordic Channel Lead
Smith+Nephew, a global medical technology business, is on the lookout for a structured and analytical professional, who can challenge status quo and help establish and improve processes, to support their Nordic sales organisation.
As Nordic Channel Lead, you will be responsible for facilitating and streamlining wholesaler and marketing process management in the Nordic Commercial Operations team. You will gain a central role in the organisation, where you will have a visible impact and a wide range of stakeholders. You will report to the Nordic Commercial Operations Manager and work across all smith Nephew’s franchises: AWM, Recon, Trauma, and SportsMed.
As Nordic Channel Lead, you will in collaboration with Key Account Managers, ensure wholesaler support by performing tasks designed to develop and grow business relationships with the goal of expanding markets and increasing sales. You will maintain third party agreements and act as point of contact for the development, maintenance, and renewal of third-party agreements in close collaboration with Legal & Compliance Teams, Sales, and customers.
As Nordic Channel Lead, you will act as marketing liaison for the Nordic Marketing Strategy, and you will be the anchor point for collaboration on Nordic communication within SoMe & Local Websites. You will be the Nordic Lead on Asset Approval process through Orbis (QA Approval tool), and you will drive translation process flow for the Nordics, proof-read marketing material in Norwegian, and ensure sustainable workload.
Additionally, you will assist and support the Nordic Commercial Operations Manager and/or cluster for the maintenance of the Nordic Quality Management System, Health, Safety & Environment Management System and Work Environment.
You come with a bachelor’s degree within Business Administration or minimum 3-5 years’ experience from administrative and supporting roles. You possess a good overview and a strong coordinating and prioritising skills. You have a structured approach and a good understanding for using digital tools. You are attentive to details, and you are a team player with strong interpersonal skills. You are able to communicate clearly, and you are fluent in Danish and/or Norwegian, both written and spoken.
