As Nordic Digital and Communication Manager, you will drive the digital transformation of Norgine Nordics and lead all digital marketing activities across Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. You will develop value stories and work with brands in need of a stronger digital presence. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you will be responsible for setting up the digital communication platform for all established and specialty brands as well as renew the company’s online profile. You will be leading market and channel analyses, audience journey optimisation, campaign planning and execution, SEO & SEM optimisation and execute tracking and insights as well.
Strategic and hands-on in a regulated pharma market
The key to success will be your ability to tap into the existing organisation and customer setting and thereby transform key knowledge, information and needs into a digital offering. You will be working close together with international marketing, your local commercial and medical colleagues in the Nordics as well as pharmacy chains and third party agencies to create a variety of digital initiatives to support the patient pathway, online campaigns and educational activities.
The role will include the following tasks:
- Plan and build the digital platform for Norgine in the Nordics.
- Develop and deliver impactful content across Norgine’s digital and social channels.
- Develop content for selected brands to pharmacy chains.
- Lead website transformation for the company.
- Monitor customer and competitor activities as well as therapeutic trends in the market.
- Media ROI monitoring and analysis.
- Create and write press releases when needed.
Ambitious marketing professional with strong digital competencies
As Nordic Digital and Communication Manager, you will be able to take the next step in your career. Most likely, you come from a similar, maybe more junior position, in a less regulated market and have the ambition to design the digital platform of a pharma company and the digital offerings to patients and pharmacies. It is important that you have experience in managing projects and have hands-on success in converting existing knowledge and branding into digital content.
