In the role as Nordic Digital Manager you will take a vital part in a growth journey, develop your career, and work strategically and creatively with Digital Marketing in an international company. With reference to the new Nordic Business Unit Manager you will be managing several launches, opening new markets and supporting a growing commercial organization and large pharmacy chains with key digital initiatives.
Hands on and still strategic in a small but growing organization
Key to success will be your ability to transform traditional marketing and communication into a fully integrated branding aligned with the sales organization using the variety of digital initiatives to support the patient pathway, e-commerce and educational activities. You will be translating STADA’s strong market knowledge and the key characteristics of the portfolio into a successful marketing strategy in addition to producing critical content and implement the solutions and at the same time be able to present KPI’s and strategy components to your international colleagues.
Your priorities will include the following tasks:
- Brand Management for food supplements and beauty brands
- Develop and deliver impactful content across our digital and social channels
- Develop content for selected brands to pharmacy chains
- Lead website updates and further development and UI optimizations
- Plan and implement the digital presence of STADA Consumer Health Care in the Nordics
- Develop and implement new digital initiatives to increase reach across our digital and social channels
- Monitor competitor activities as well as therapeutic trends and rising opportunities in the market
- Media ROI monitoring
A qualified marketing professional with strong digital competences and career ambitions
As a Nordic Digital Manager, we expect you to lead the digital marketing activities as well as Brand Management. You will be accountable for the development and implementation of specific product digital and marketing plans (strategic and tactical) to optimize profitability, market share growth and revenue growth in the short and long term.
To be a success in this position, it is important to possess a superior understanding of what drives business success and have a track record of delivering just that in a consumer-oriented organization.
