About the role

As a Nordic Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies, campaigns, as well as driving brand awareness and engagement across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.

By collaborating with the global marketing team, you will develop the local marketing strategy in-line with the local business needs. You will be responsible for guiding the organisation in “what marketing can do”, creating the local marketing plan and drive agreed initiatives. This role is hands on in producing campaign ideas and delivering them in a local way.

You will work with digital marketing, campaigns, content creation, and project management and you will be part of the global marketing team reporting to Head of Customer Experience based in UK.

SWARCO’s global marketing organisation are experts in copy writing, graphic design, video content and more. SWARCO have digital marketers who are specialized in social media, website & SEO and paid campaigns that are all here to support you in this role.

Essentially the goal is to deliver a global brand & strategy, in a localised way.

This role offers you the advantage of working with a local focus within the Nordic region but still being part of a true international organization with clients all over the world. This role is based in Skogås, Stockholm.

Key responsibilities and main tasks

  • Drive the execution of marketing objectives to enhance SWARCO’s brand awareness.
  • Create compelling editorial and sales materials for our products and services.
  • Strengthening the knowledge of the SWARCO portfolio through internal and external communication.
  • Manage and update the local homepage with fresh, relevant content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop social media and employer branding materials.
  • Support the Sales Team with marketing tools, presentations, and sales-enabling content.
  • Be involved in planning and executing trade fairs and industry events.
  • Cooperate with product management team and Solution Centres to create product rollout plans, marketing materials, and training programs.

What we are looking for

Furthermore, we believe you have/are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, media or relevant field or similar experience collected by work experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, campaigns and creation of editorial materials.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and writing communications skills in English and Swedish.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CMS, and design software (Adobe Suite).
