We have experienced steep growth over the past years and are looking for a Marketing Specialist who can help us further strengthening our brand in the Nordics.

As our new Nordic Marketing Specialist, you will join a Nordic team with 90 highly motivated colleagues, and you will work from our Danish office located near Kongens Have in central Copenhagen. You work closely with our global marketing team and locally you refer to one of six Nordic partners. In close collaboration with these you ensure that Simon-Kucher has a strong brand positioning in the Nordics.

You have great influence and impact on the Nordic marketing strategy and are responsible for the execution of this in the Nordic countries. You experience a versatile day and are faced with a variety of different assignments; it is through your primary responsibility to initiate; project manage and follow through on marketing initiatives and campaigns. Further your assignments include but are not limited to:

Main areas of responsibility

  • To project manage and execute campaigns, programs, and initiatives across multichannel and countries.
  • To plan and run workshops with internal stakeholders to create the marketing plan and agree on priorities.
  • To build and maintain an effective CRM database and carry out email campaigns.
  • To build and maintain the Nordics website in collaboration with the global digital team.
  • To develop and run various employer branding initiatives.
  • To facilitate the development of relevant content.
  • To plan and run local/regional events.
  • To liaise with PR agencies and/or journalists to ensure press coverage in relevant key media.

Collaborative Nordic Marketing Specialist with commercial mindset

You have a relevant marketing education – either on a bachelor or master level. On top of this you have 2 – 3 years of experience preferably from a job in a B2B business, within professional services or from an agency, where you have taken on a role as Marketing Coordinator, Project Manager or Marketing Specialist from which you have experience in developing and executing brand and content marketing campaigns and measuring their success.

You have great written and oral communication skills and can engage and advise stakeholders of all levels. You have strong teamwork skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you have a wide span of responsibility and where flexibility and readiness for change is a must. You are highly independent and a self-starter with a hands-on mentality.

You are a diligent Project Manager and has a structured approach to your assignments. Finally, you speak fluent Danish and master English at a high level as this is our corporate language. Fluency in other Nordic languages is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
