Pipeline products and Launch Focus
Norgine is preparing the launch of new products within nearby future and plan to acquire more pipeline products in late development stage. As the medical lead for pipeline products, you will play a key role in delivering on the strategy with a main focus on pre-launch and launch projects and activities.
You will take strategic and tactical responsibility for the medical affairs contribution to product launches and proactively contribute to the Nordic launch teams for the pipeline products.
You will work with focus on the key phases of pre-launch / launch such as understanding the market, preparing the market, preparing the organisation and impacting the market.
You will take overall responsibility for operational projects and activities supporting product launch, such as advisory boards, expert meetings, KOL meetings, launch symposia’s etc.
In cooperation with the Medical Director and the Medical Advisor, you will implement the operational medical affairs projects and activities supporting product pre-launch and launch.
You will act as the medical expert towards external stakeholders for one or more launch products, secure medical expert support to market access, and secure medical training internally as needed.
Medical Affairs Activities
You will work closely together with the Nordic Medical Director, the Nordic Medical Advisor and global medical advisors on the pre-launch and lunch projects and activities. You will act in the role as deputy for the Nordic medical director as needed.
Executional Medical Personality
We expect you to have a medical doctor degree combined with clinical experience and medical affairs experience with launch activities. In addition, you have solid experience with managing and obtain trust from internal and external stakeholders.
Personally, you have an excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Furthermore, you have a strategic mindset and great planning skills with the ability to prioritise, organise activities and monitor progress to ensure objectives are met. It is important that you understand how to drive projects and activities forward to secure progress. It is a requirement that you have a high level of written and oral English and are fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages.
