Operational marketing role within Fertility/Urology/Endocrinology
IBSA Nordic is growing and you will in this position take on a pivotal role defining and implementing local go-to-market strategies for the Nordics, based on the different market characteristics and patient pathways. Reporting to the Nordic Head you will proactively support the local Key Account Managers with marketing materials, educational programmes, events and digital initiatives. Additionally, you will act as the scientific anchor point translating medical information into commercial key messages.
Working with unique and niched brands – all with a large potential
Your primary focus will be on the fertility brands and the urology brand – all with a large potential within the gynecology, urology, uro-oncology specialists and the fertility clinics. You will participate in congresses and scientific meetings and establish your own local KOL contacts, effectively utilising your knowledge and network to solve both market access tasks and address Nordic tender opportunities. You will be working with a large degree of freedom, setting your footprint in all the different aspects of marketing such as material and website development, project, event and congress coordination.
- Develop the product strategy, roadmap and direction in coordination and collaboration with the Head of IBSA Nordic.
- Build external advocates and ensure organizational preparedness to launch and support new products.
- Act as project manager and coordinate project support for significant projects and events requiring multi-department involvement.
- Deliver high quality messages in a compliant manner to demonstrate the value of IBSA Nordic’s Products using a multi-channel marketing approach to reach customers.
- Provide product training to the Nordic Key Account Managers.
Commercial drive and scientific proficient
It is an unconditional demand that you have solid experience planning and executing sales and marketing elements within the hospital sector. You have a good understanding of business and a commercial drive combined with a high level of independence and scientific understanding. In addition, you are an excellent communicator and team motivator, and are able to clearly communicate to professionals at the centres/clinic and your colleagues. You are LIF-exanimated, excellent in Danish and English and you most likely come with a healthcare or commercial background and you are flexible when it comes to travel in the Nordics.
