Field and Office based role in a Nordic setting

The Nordic Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for overall support to the sales team in the Nordic. The person is both office- and field-based and is the point of contact for our customers. As such, the person must act as an ambassador for the company, providing high standard of service and care.

A new subsidiary in growth and with a strong pipeline
You will be part of the Nordic team with very close and collaborative lines to our headquarters in Lyon. You will work in a diverse, multicultural and trusted organisation with an aligned ambition, a strong pipeline and large potential.

Broad range of responsibilities supporting a newly established sales team
In the role you will take full responsibility for managing the sales team of the affiliate (currently 4 National Key Account Managers in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland). You will be overall responsible for generating all sales activities in the regions and the following tasks:

  • Establish Sales Force Excellence and effectiveness programs including coaching and individual development programs for the sales team
  • Analysis, Strategic Planning and Reporting
  • Secure a strong KOL network in the each territory
  • Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans for Aguettant Nordic in order to achieve targeted sales growth, attract new customers and retain existing
  • Responsible for new product launches
  • Responsible for development and implementation of the marketing materials in the territory

Entrepreneurial mindset and a dynamic, hands-on attitude
You most likely come with a relevant education such as Master degree in Business Administration or Master in Science combined with some people management experience and at least 2-3 years experience from Pharma. You are strong in stakeholder management, have a good understanding of the Nordic pharma sector including the cross-functional internal structures (marketing, regulatory, medical affairs, clinical, market access, public affairs, communication). In addition it is preferred if you have a good Clinical and scientific understanding, have project management skills and strong communication skills.
