Take Charge in the launch of a new Nephrology Franchise

For MEDICE in Copenhagen, we are looking for a Nordic (Sr.) Brand Manager, Nephrology, who can develop and implement a launch plan of MEDICE’s new product line in the field of Nephrology.

Responsibility for launch of Nephrology line

As the new Nordic Brand Manager, you will spearhead MEDICE’s launch of the Nephrology line in the Nordic countries. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing the upcoming launch according to plan and your overall responsibilities will fall within both Sales/Market Access and Marketing:

Within Sales & Market Access you will:

• Lead all brand activities within the Nephrology Line
• Lead the next phase of product growth within Nephrology area.
• Establish mutual beneficial relationships with KOL’s and health care system providers.
• Continuously improve marketing and market access capabilities for DK & NO & SE
• Ensure highest quality of voice and share of voice.
• Collaborate with local Market Access agencies
• Drive the forecasting process within the Nephrology Line

Within Marketing you will:

• Create marketing plans for the Nordic Nephrology segment.
• Implement short and long-term strategies in evolving therapy areas.
• Be responsible for planning and implementing the company’s brand strategies and objectives for HCPs and payers in DK, NO and SE
• Lead all brand activities within the Nephrology Line
• Be responsible of executing project defined in the defined marketing plan.
• Drive market access processes in collaboration with local managers.
• Arrange and participate in international congresses.
• Collaborate with local country managers to implement the plans in the market.

Furthermore, you will prepare the Key Account Managers/Clinical Care Managers for the launch, making sure that they have the necessary commercial knowledge and are ready for takeoff.

As Nordic Brand Manager, you will join the Copenhagen office, currently consisting of 5 employees. You will report directly to the Nordic General Director.

Experienced Brand Manager with Nordic outlook

You have a master’s degree within Life Science and Marketing Management and several years of experience in a similar commercial role – preferably within the area of Nephrology or as a minimum with chronic treatments in a hospital setting. We are looking for a person with experience in managing projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders within a Nordic setup. You have demonstrated resilience in handling challenging situations and have a track record of driving projects to success. Knowledge of the Nordic health care systems is an advantage.

As a person, you are trustworthy, self-driven, focused, and have strong decision-making capabilities. You have great interpersonal skills and a big network within the field. The successful candidate will have a high level of integrity and professionalism and are able to handle high-pressure situations effectively and methodically. Furthermore, you are detail-oriented and highly organized.
