Professional management support & coordination

Being the structured, professional, and service-minded individual, you are, your responsibility will be primarily to support the President of Online Comparison Platforms (OCP), who is based in Copenhagen. Secondarily, you also support parts of the Management Team and act as a Coordinator with regards to international meetings and events involving employees from various locations.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Proactive calendar management and travel arrangements,
  • Provide broad administrative and business support for the President OCP, e.g., prepare various material, managing incoming inquiries etc.
  • Provide broad support and assistance for the remaining management team, and
  • Coordinate international meetings and events and manage the logistics associated with these activities.

Within this role you will be part of the OCP business area that operates in seven countries (Norway, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Spain) from six different locations (Stockholm, Warsaw, Prague, Madrid, Barcelona, and Copenhagen). You will work from the office in Copenhagen which is being established at the moment – an office with app. 6-8 employees.

Who are you?

Ideally, you must have min. 5 years of relevant work experience from a coordinating position as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or the like from an international organization.

Through your career you have gained the following qualifications:

  • Excellent planning and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle calendar/travel management and coordinate administrative processes.
  • Ability to work independently, taking your own initiative and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to operate and communicate at all levels across an international organization.
  • Flexibility and ability to handle a range of different tasks at the same time.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Fluent in oral/written Danish/English.
