As a Planning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of basic engineering design documentation, proprietary hardware, site supervision, and other services to our customers worldwide.

You will be part of a team of 12 planning engineers located mainly at Topsoes headquarters in Lyngby, Denmark, where you will interact with a wide range of internal stakeholders throughout the organisation. We are on behalf of the Planning Group for Technology Projects looking for a highly organised individual who can handle multiple projects in parallel, maintain project schedules and milestones, and facilitate the update of monthly cost forecasts and project progress on projects.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with planning tools such as SAP, Primavera, MS Project, MS Excel, and other IT tools. You will also have the responsibility of building the system/tool framework in which your engineering colleagues will be working. Moreover, you will be reporting to management in the form of KPIs, conducting ad hoc analyses, and presenting results.
To succeed in this position, you will need to have an engineering background, and hold 3-5 years of experience in working with data analysis and project planning. Previous experience in the EPCM/EPC field is an advantage. You should also possess English skills on a business level, be innovative, curious, and have a natural flair for managing processes involving many stakeholders.
