Your specific tasks could include:

  • Management of larger, international projects according to the agreements.
  • Commercial opportunities through close client communication – handling of change orders and paving the road for your next project.
  • Execution of projects on time, on quality and on budget. Planning of the entire project and alignment of expectations.
  • Risk management.
  • Reviewing of technical and qualitative management of the projects.
  • Status reporting with focus on financial circumstances, quality, progress, and milestones towards the agreed delivery time.
  • Budgeting and financial reporting.

The person we are looking for

To be successful in this position, you have a technical background within electrical, instrumentation, automation, marine engineering, or similar disciplines. Furthermore, you can demonstrate solid experience in management of international technical projects from a project-based industry – preferably the offshore industry and within telecommunication systems. Besides this, you could have participated in projects within equipment manufacturing and/or automation solutions. You have knowledge about different project management tools and models, which enables you to ensure the right solutions for your project and project team. You speak and write Danish and English at a high level.

As a person you possess a commercial customer-centric mindset. You communicate proactively and methodically with an ability to engage your team and to create the special sense of team spirit through a situation-based approach. You are analytical, show dedication, perseverance and your structural and systematic way of working is a landmark of yours. You have an ability to view your projects holistically as well as in detail, and you thrive when confronted with complex problem-solving in a fast-moving environment.
