Vital position in Group HR

ROCKWOOL’s Group Function HR is supporting the Nordic region’s continuous business growth. One of their skilled employees has chosen to seek new challenges after several years in the organisation and they are therefore looking for a new passionate and driven team player to drive the important Compensation and Benefits area in the Nordic Region incl. Head Quarter.

As the Compensation and Benefits Manager – Region Nordic, you will support the Nordic Region with adequate C&B processes that help attract and retain talents and drive business growth. You will be part of the RW Group network of regional C&B specialists and be responsible for driving the annual C&B processes including annual salary, bonus, and job grading reviews in the Nordic Region (Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland), including HQ. Furthermore, you will keep ROCKWOOL aligned with the local job markets in the region ensuring best practices on compensation and benefits and providing support to HR and Managers on salary benchmarking and governance etc. within the C&B area.

Desire to excel at both operational and strategic levels

To succeed in this role, you can come from a variety of backgrounds. You bring a relevant education at a minimum bachelor’s / master’s level within e.g., economics, business administration, HR, or law. Ideally, you bring approximately five years of experience in a Compensation & Benefits role. It is seen as an advantage if you bring knowledge from more countries within the Nordic region.

You thrive in the field between the operational and the strategic level and have the desire to become part of a large corporation where you can make an impact. Besides the above-mentioned competencies and experience, we expect that you have experience with MS Office (especially Excel) and are fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English. Experience with Workday is an advantage
