Global market leader in Fertility and Genomic Solutions
With an ever-increasing need of help for women to get pregnant the urgency for fertility products is rapidly growing. CooperSurgical is the market leader with their solutions for women’s healthcare and they provide solutions for all the steps in the fertility process and have been in the market for decades. To keep momentum going, they are now expanding the team with a Regional Sales Manager covering part of the Nordics and part of the Baltics.

Increase revenue and fulfil the potential
In this role you will have the opportunity to increase market shares of CooperSurgical Fertility and Genomic Solutions. You will be responsible for sales and promotional campaigns in the IVF and IUI clinics – primarily with customers in Denmark – but you will also be responsible for one or two countries additionally within the Nordic & Baltic region. You will plan your own time, but it is expected that you will spend most of your time with the customers on-site to demonstrate and advise about the solutions and ensure that CooperSurgical increases share of wallet. Furthermore, you will be the go-to expert for customers on the CooperSurgical Fertility and Genomic Solutions.

Relationship builder and sales performer
We expect you to have a bachelor or master’s degree in business administration or a relevant scientific degree. Furthermore, you have 5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably from the Medical Device and/or Pharmaceutical industry or a clinical background from Operation Theatres. You have a high energy level and are motivated by reaching your targets by building long-term relationships. Working independently and being with customers on a daily basis is how you perform best and have reached your targets in your career.

Fluent in written and spoken Danish and English is a prerequisite.

You should expect 80-90 % of your work being in the field meeting customers.
