Regional Sales Manager, Norway
In an exciting role as Regional Sales Manager, you drive the on-site sales activities of the product range in Norway and you will be the internal main point of contact for the assigned product range, and responsible for all sales- and development related activities.
Biosynex is a global scientific instrument and service company, with a long history of developing innovative solutions for laboratory and clinical diagnosis. They are currently seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager MDx (molecular diagnostics) to join the dynamic Nordic organization.
As Regional Manager, MDx, you will be responsible for working with external customers and global teams to manage sales activities and developing the product range. As Regional Sales Manager, you will thrive in an environment of independence and self-motivation, allowing you to plan your day and work accordingly. You will be empowered to drive success and effect approaches with your knowledge and skill set. You will be a pivotal figure in completely establishing the Norwegian market, granting you a high degree of freedom to act autonomously. You will be part of a smaller Nordic organisation with robust guidance from the French headquarters. To be successful in the role, you must have a dynamic approach and be a part of the problem-solving process, with a “can do” attitude.
Your key duties will include:
- Development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies of the assigned product
- Project lead in relation to the product
- Implementation of professional guidelines from the Medical Director
- The internal go to person in relation to product knowledge
- Cooperation with the market responsible person in Denmark
- Outreach sales work
- Sales activities
- Client activities, product training
- Monthly reporting
- Input to forecast and revision thereof
- Compliance of and possible own operating budget
To be successful, you should have a degree in life sciences or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in a product management, marketing, or similar role.
A background in molecular diagnostics is highly desirable. Proven analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues, are essential.
