Senior Account Manager, Infection Prevention

About the role and the profile

As part of our growth we’re now looking for an competitve, team-oriented and trustworthy Senior Account Manager, IP Sweden within our Healthcare business. In this role you will be responsible for developing the business in the defined geographical area with focus on targeted accounts, key product solutions, and sales opportunities to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you need to have the ability to continuously take initiative, contribute to the team, follow through on your plans, and understand our customer’s needs. Your commitment, clinical insights and commercial mindset creates the conditions for your own and our customers success. The role requires that you have a good understanding and knowledge of the healthcare industry’s needs, motivation and way of thinking.


Day to day responsibilities will include;

  • Developing strong relationships with decision makers and other key stakeholders within infection prevention in order to reach agreed sales targets.
  • Developing and executing on account plans, in line with local strategies.
  • Identifying sales opportunities and developing a healthy pipeline to secure existing and develop new business.
  • Reporting and maintaining customer data, sales opportunities and activities in CRM.
  • Identify and provide input on competitive information to strengthen business intelligence.
  • Responsible for executing on defined pretender and tender implementation plan.
  • Responsible for identifying and building relationships with KOLs.

  • Product & clinical knowledge within infection prevention.
  • Excellent relationship building and selling skills.
  • Structured and good at planning.
  • Knowledge of challenges within the healthcare sector.


Qualifications and experience

  • 3-5 years successful sales experience, preferably in healthcare industry.
  • Degree preferably in business or nursing.
  • Residence in Stockholm area or Southern Sweden.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish is a requirement both written and verbally.
