As they continue to expand, we are in search of a Sr. Business Excellence Manager, to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the financial strategy and guiding financial initiatives.
Strategic Financial Leadership: Shaping and Executing Organizational Goals
As Sr. Business Excellence Manager, you will closely collaborate with the executive management team to craft and implement financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets that seamlessly align with the organization’s overarching goals. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive global performance management framework, encompassing master data, process structures, and BI tool deployment across diverse markets.
- Driving optimization across the value chain, fostering retail performance improvements.
- Collaborating with department heads to establish measurable performance goals and KPIs in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Engaging closely with senior leadership and department managers to grasp financial requirements and offer strategic insights.
- Fostering a robust business partner culture within the finance organization, acting as a pivotal link to management and corporate functions.
- Serving as a dependable advisor, providing financial insights to bolster strategic initiatives and business expansion.
- Presenting financial information with clarity to facilitate well-informed decision-making.
Experienced and driven finance professional with consumer market experience
We expect that you bring prior experience in performance management within the consumer market together with a strong ability to facilitate productive dialogues between departments. Moreover, this role requires an international mindset with adaptability to dynamic cultures. Additional requirements are:
- A Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Profound knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting principles, including data structure implementation experience.
- Advanced proficiency in financial analysis tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Results-focused with a proactive approach to driving change.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
