The role combines strategic and tactical elements, involving you in all parts of the change cycle. The role is varied and dynamic, and you have the autonomy and flexibility in how you work and the opportunity to influence the shaping of the offering.
As Senior Consultant, you will partner with relevant hospital stakeholders to develop actionable plans for immediate improvement, and you will execute end-to-end workstreams and projects, creating value and achieving the agreed-upon targets in collaboration with the client.
You will participate in all elements of the change process, from designing new solutions to changing management and long-term implementation of changes. Relationship building and establishing a healthy collaboration with key stakeholders, achieving milestones, resolving issues and managing risks are vital elements in succeeding in this role.
You will deliver well-scoped operational excellence and pathway optimisation projects at key strategic customer accounts. This will help position Medtronic IHS as a partner in healthcare delivery with key decision-makers within the healthcare system.
Combining the above means that you will be involved in long-term partnerships with the clients from the beginning of the projects when conducting analyses to implementing the findings with the stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Work independently but according to standardised practices

- Execute actionable plans for immediate improvement
- Partner with strategic hospital accounts to drive complex transformational changes, implement innovative growth strategies, optimise operations, and improve collaboration, mindset, and culture at several levels of the organisation
- Influence key stakeholders by developing a well-articulated situation analysis and business case for change
- Identify, frame, and prioritise initiatives to capture value, establish a roadmap and develop actionable plans or project portfolios for immediate improvement and cost savings
- Execute on end-to-end workstreams and projects, creating value and achieving the agreed-upon targets
