As Senior HR Business Partner UK, you will be responsible for ensuring operational and legal compliance for the legal entities in the UK. You confidently develop and mature local HR processes, structures, and policies, and ensure strong alignment between local and regional/company-wide HR processes in Mediq. The job assignment includes but is not limited to:

  • Translation of business strategy to high impact HR initiatives
  • Driving people and talent development activities
  • Acting as a partner to people managers
