As Senior Platform & Automation Consultant you will play a key role in ensuring that Jabra Support & Services’ strategy is executed and implemented in correlation with the latest customer support trends by continuously optimizing the company’s cloud-based Voice Platform, as well as Customer Engagement Platform. Both of these are vital for GN Audio’s ability to successfully support their customers globally.
Over the next 12 months, GN Audio is looking to migrate to two new cutting-edge Voice and Customer Engagement Platforms that are better suited to meet the future needs of the business. A crucial part of your role will be to ensure continuous improvement and maintenance of both customer and agent facing experience by using acquired knowledge to bridge any gaps in the setup and processes of the Voice and Customer Engagement Platforms. Through channel orchestration, automation, and AI implementations, you will make significant positive contributions towards improving both customer and agent experience in the Jabra support ecosystem.
Strong Customer Engagement technology and project management skills
As Senior Platform & Automation Consultant, we expect you to have a relevant education and a minimum of 5 years of experience working with modern cloud-based Voice and Customer Engagement Platforms in an international context, such as Amazon Connect, Genesys, Twilio, Zendesk and Salesforce Service Cloud. Ideally you come from a similar position such as Senior Consultant or Project Manager. You are motivated by working in a complex, fast-paced environment where you have daily interactions with stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds.
As a person you have a proactive, structured, customer-centric mindset. You demonstrate consistency and resilience in every interaction and challenge you face and thrive within an ever-changing environment where a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize are key. You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a proven talent for project management. You are fluent in English, written as well as verbally.
