As Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be part of our Product Development team in R&D. More precisely, we are 14 project managers based in Denmark, China and the US. Specifically, your focus will be on exploration and innovation as you:
- Drive cross-functional innovation, serving as a role model and mentor, inspiring colleagues to attain goals and pursue excellence
- Monitor risks and assess risk levels, balancing innovation level versus risk
- Maximise project value through understanding and recognising technology needs, business drivers and value implications in balancing risk, cost, scope and timeline
- Clearly communicate project status, decision requests and risks/issues to Senior Management as well as advice and influence decision making by presenting options and recommending actions
Tech-savvy, inspiring and collaborative Senior Project Manager
In this role, communication is key. You have the collaborative skills needed to work across functions and borders within an international organisation, effectively bringing people together to find great solutions. You know how to handle high project complexity in a technical context, a variety of stakeholders and you are solution-oriented in your approach to tasks. Furthermore, you are passionate about technology, quality and the use of best practices and methodologies in an agile set-up. Your professional integrity guarantees that peers as well as Senior Management have confidence in execution, progress and deliverables. As this is a senior position, we imagine that you have 5+ years’ experience, managing projects with a high level of technical complexity, working with front-end product concept development and innovation.
Make your mark on a growing, global organisation on an exciting journey
