We are now looking to recruit a dedicated Service delivery manager for an international scope.

About the role

In this role, you will have a high level of interaction with (international) customers, understand and meet the demand for datacenter service and solutions in cooperation with sales.

You will be implementing new technology and continuously improving our customer service and delivery for a fast-growing market, aligned with our strategic goals, as well as maintaining good customer relationships and customer satisfaction.

This is a permanent full-time position, preferably located in Sweden, hybrid working model. You will report to the COO located in Iceland.

The preferred candidate

To be successful in the role of Service delivery manager, we believe you show excellent collaboration, communication and leadership skills as well as technical know-how and computer skills. You are, or have experience, in IT and/or engineering, such as technical services, process, electrical, cooling, hardware or network engineering.

It is an advantage if you have work experience from a data center or similar, to better understand the technical challenges and be able to translate the knowledge into execution in the future service delivery business solutions.

Main responsibilities

  • Proactively maintaining contacts and focusing on positive relationships with customers.
  • Responsible for overseas customer contracts, ensures commitment and compliance with the service-level agreements.
  • Responsible for implementation of new customers installations (project management).
  • Identifying customer needs, look for new business opportunity and overseeing service delivery within a business context.
  • Cooperate with site operations to ensuring that processes and tasks are performed effectively.
  • Responsible for reviewing, improving, refined and establishing services, based on customer requirements and feedback as well as internal decisions
  • In collaboration with other responsible functions, analyze risks/perform risk assessment related to customer´s SLA.

 Skills and experience

  • 5+ years of experience in technical customer service or datacenter project management.
  • Good technical skills, process management, project management and quality control skills.
  • Excellent/strong customer relations and service skills.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written. English (and Swedish), other language is meriting.
