As Service Development Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the strategic development, roll out and continuous optimization of Jabra’s new global leasing program, device as a service. Also, you have the responsibility for tying together all the current and future services that the company is offering to their enterprise customers globally.

Jabra is on a journey of transformation from a business model based solely on offering physical products to their enterprise customers to a solution selling model where customer centric services and support offerings become an integral part of the value proposition. You will be joining the Jabra Business Services team, which is a part of Jabra Support and Services. The Business Services team consists of 9 dedicated people, working with the deployment of headsets and video solutions as well as developing new services for Jabra, e.g. product care plans and extended warranty programs.

Develop and manage key services and engage with enterprise customers

In this role, you will take ownership of driving the global leasing offering program which is a central service initiative for the company. This entails working strategically on designing global go-to-market strategies in close collaboration with the sales department, customers, and external partners to understand how the offering could be improved, whilst also working hands-on with service implementation.

Strategic thinker with solid service development and/or implementation experience 

As Service Development Manager, we expect you to have a minimum of 5 years of experience from a similar role and an in-depth understanding of service development, ideally from the IT or telecommunications industry. You see the bigger picture and have developed solid commercial awareness and project management skills. Your educational background is probably a relevant commercial university degree.

On a personal level, you are flexible and innovative with a hands-on approach to your work and thrive in an ever-changing environment with stakeholders with high demands. You possess a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, as well as a proven talent for stakeholder management. You are fluent in English, written as well as verbally.
