Metsä Group ICT is a group level service function responsible for delivering and developing competitive ICT services group wide to all business areas and group functions.
To drive, develop and deliver robotic process automation (RPA) services to Metsä Group Business Areas and Group Services, we are now looking for a
SERVICE OWNER, RPA
to our head office in Espoo, Finland.
In this role you will be responsible for designing, documenting and maintaining Group’s RPA services solution architecture, implementation guidelines and practices and their delivery. You will identify and prioritize business process candidates for RPA and manage and prioritize RPA implementation portfolio and coordinate their implementation. You will work closely with Business Area and ICT colleagues translating business requirements to the ICT developers and service delivery partners. You will also develop a service roadmap for RPA and upgrade the service with evolving technology and customer requirements. You will also be responsible for vendor, cost and budget management for the service and when required lead issue resolution and application troubleshooting.
To succeed in this position, you should have:
̶ Degree in information technology such as BBA or M.Sc. and hands on development experience
̶ Native level Finnish and fluent English language skills
̶ Proven experience in RPA and/or other process automation development methodologies and implementation (experience in UiPath considered an asset)
̶ Good communication skills to different audiences and cultures, both with business and ICT stakeholders
̶ Service Management and Project Management skills
̶ Understanding of impact to business from ICT activities, preferably through ITIL and TOGAF frameworks
