Innovating technology and an exciting journey in close collaboration with skilled colleagues
As Software Architect, you have the opportunity to make a difference by working on T-DOC, which is used in more than 1000 hospitals globally. You will be directly responsible for translating stakeholder needs into software specifications, as well as helping software developers making design decisions through coaching and design reviews. Further, you hold the overall responsibility of the technical aspects of the product and features being developed.
You will have a broad range of stakeholders including customers and users, IT departments, UX Designers, Product Owners and Product Managers, Developers and Testers. As a person, you are keen on understanding your stakeholders needs and is eager to participate in setting the strategic direction of the product by knowing the advantages of the Getinge Solution T-DOC and by following technology tendencies.
Your tasks will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Working with both the developers and the clients
- Making architectural decisions
- Scoping the stakeholders needs and defining the solution’s parameters
- Producing specifications from stakeholder needs for developers and testers
- Setting the product scope with the other Software Architects and Developers
- Discussing and perfecting solutions in close collaboration with the Development teams
- Answering technical questions in collaboration with the Aftersales department

As Software Architect, you will refer directly to the Senior Development Manager. You will become part of the exciting DHS organisation, a young international and dynamic organisation with a strong focus on new innovative ideas and state of the art projects.
This role is part of the T-DOC R&D team which consists of 39 people, 20 of whom are in Copenhagen. The department is organised as a scrum organisation which consists of 4 scrum teams, 3 software architects, 3 UX designers, 2 Technical Writers, and 2 Product owners
