Team Lead for Project Management
Are you a strong and experienced Leader of Project Managers and do you want a position where your team has full economic responsibility from the signed production order to the delivery of their projects? As Team Lead you will be a part of a very dedicated project team that deliver high-yielding systems. It is your responsibility that the team drive and optimise a portfolio of technology projects regarding time, money, and customer satisfaction for large international clients on a worldwide scale.
The job is to lead the existing team of highly dedicated Project Managers and to further develop the group in both skills and size. Your team is involved from the contract signature through the detailed design, development, assembly over tests to the installation and final deployment on-site with the clients. Throughout the projects the team has the full responsibility for the budget and the performance of the allocated resources according to the company’s project model. Each Project Manager has the full financial responsibility of their individual project from start-up to SAT. It is your assignment to support and guide them in the process.
Your professional competencies as Team Lead could include:
- Leadership from a similar position as Lead or Manager for Project Managers in a technology context.
- An engineering background within mechanical construction/electrical engineering/SW or similar disciplines.
- Experience from project management with equipment manufacturing and/or advanced automation solutions.
- Experience from projects involving comprehensive documentation levels.
- Speaking and writing English at a high level, German proficiency could be beneficial.
