Grohe is on an ambitious growth journey on the Swedish market and are therefore looking for a sales-minded and technically skilled individual to join their Service Operations team. As Team Leader, Field Service, you will lead a team of three employees and foster the growth and development on the market through leadership, partnership management and market knowledge.
In this position, you will be responsible for Field Service Sweden and for building a strong team with the necessary skills to deliver great results. You will support development of a strong business pipeline and professional Field Service, whilst operating as part of the national sales team.
You are responsible for building a strong team and take the lead for results. As part of the regional sales team, you will help build and implement the right processes, tools and capabilities that ensure we provide a world class level of customer orientation and service that positions GROHE as the premium water solution partner.

Technical flair and a talent for people management

We expect you to have a strong technical foundation, ideally from a similar role in Sweden. You have a strong knowledge about country specific rules and legislations, and you have solid experience with maintaining and creating business relationships. Furthermore, you are a driven people manager who makes the best out of your team.
