I have a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies, and a Master’s in Management, both from the University of Oslo.

In my position as a Researcher  in Compass, I get an insight into recruitment, the search process, and how the market develops. It is also important for me to see that the right recuritment gives the hiring company diversity and sustainability.
