I work as the CEO of Compass Human Resources Group Finland and as the Nordic leader for the Industrial and Construction Practice Group. Additionally, I actively work as an Executive Search Consultant. I primarily conduct Executive and Managerial searches for my clients.
Over the years, I have gained experience in various industries, but currently, I am heavily involved in the Forest industry and other manufacturing sectors. Companies in the ICT, Energy, Construction, and Non-profit sectors are also significant parts of my clientele.
Customer service orientation and ensuring the satisfaction of both clients and candidates are at the heart of my approach. Establishing long and fruitful client relationships is highly rewarding. Similarly, I find it meaningful to meet people we’ve assisted in their careers several years ago and see that they have built successful careers starting from the positions we offered them.
Outside of work, I am actively involved in developing renewable energy power projects in Finland, both in wind and solar power. In my free time, I spend a lot of time relaxing in the woods and occasionally losing my nerves on the golf course.
