I work as an Executive Consultant, handling executive, managerial, and senior leadership search and recruitment assignments in collaboration with my team. Additionally, a significant part of my role involves sales, relationship building, and providing various consultations related to the industry.
Prior to joining Compass HRG, I held similar positions with another industry player. Before that, I worked in various Business Sales and leadership roles in Business Technology and Service companies. What I find intriguing in my work is meeting people, getting to know different industries, and bringing and leveraging my own experiences in assignments.
In my free time, I continue to engage with people as a volunteer mediator in criminal cases. During the fall, my weekends are spent in the woods, and as winter arrives, my skis take me to the slopes for ski patrol duties.
