As a Research Manager at Compass Human Resources Group, I actively take part in overseeing and advancing our activities and competencies within the Life Science and Consumer segments. In collaboration with my competent colleagues, I provide strategic counsel and manage recruitment tasks for our Danish, Nordic, and international clients. With a background holding an M. Sc. in Strategy, Organization & Management, I have professionally engaged in recruitment and talent acquisition for over 15 years, encompassing experiences in both the Executive Search industry and one of Denmark’s largest pharmaceutical companies, as well as operating independently as an International Researcher based in Switzerland.
My key competencies are search, talent sourcing and pipeline building, interviews, networking, and excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences. I have experience in recruiting for positions ranging from highly specialized roles to management positions in both Nordic and international settings. Lastly, I have recruitment experience in roles within different functions e. g. QA, Regulatory Affairs, Production, R&D, Sales, SCM, Finance and IT.
