I am the “engineering reinforcement” at Compass HRG Finland, assisting my clients in finding the best individuals from experts to leaders through Executive Searches or Advertised Recruitment methods. The most important aspect of my work is to systematically, accurately, and with a humble service attitude, do everything possible for success, for both clients and candidates. With over 20 years of experience in various roles in the industrial and service production sectors, I have also learned to understand what happens on the other side of the table.
In my free time, I engage in reading, running, and skiing. I make sure to go on a fishing trip a couple of times a year—not so much for the fish, but for the outdoor experience and the camaraderie with friends.
