As the new Global QHSE Director, you will report directly to the COO, closely collaborating with factories located in Denmark, Bulgaria, Thailand, China and Greece. The local QHSE Managers will either directly report to you – or have a dotted line. You will meet monthly with the Group Management to present “a state of the union”.

- You have experience with Six Sigma, FMEA and general data analysis
- You are a strong leader who likes to take charge and see things progress
- You can balance between the big picture and the details
- You recognize that success is often a matter of being able to understand a process and involve people at the right stages
- You are fluent in spoken and written English
