Martine Børsum Haugen

I work as a Senior Researcher in Compass Human Resources Group Norway. In my role as a researcher, I help clients map industries and the candidate market and help them find the candidate who satisfies their needs today, but also for the future. As a researcher, I am also the candidates’ first meeting with Compass HRG, and try with a good mood and good knowledge, to ensure that they take the right step forward in their careers.

With a background in HR, management and organizational psychology, I find it very rewarding to use my professional competence in a wide range of industries and job areas.
