Dette betyr at organisasjoner m\u00e5 kunne definere realistiske og dokumenterte l\u00f8nnsintervaller basert p\u00e5 rolle, ansvar og markedsforhold.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Samtidig er det ikke lenger tillatt \u00e5 sp\u00f8rre kandidater om deres tidligere l\u00f8nn. I stedet m\u00e5 l\u00f8nnsvedtak baseres p\u00e5 rollens verdi og kandidatens kompetanse, ikke historiske l\u00f8nnsniv\u00e5er. Ansatte har rett til innsikt i l\u00f8nnsniv\u00e5er for sammenlignbare roller, og organisasjoner med mer enn 100 ansatte m\u00e5 utarbeide l\u00f8nnsrapporter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Dette betyr at beslutninger om l\u00f8nn og ansettelse i \u00f8kende grad m\u00e5 kunne forklares og dokumenteres.
