Blir du pitchet for en jobb eller s\u00f8ker en jobb \u2013 du vil vite om du er en preferert kandidat for stillingen. Tydelig forventningsavklaring og informasjon om fremdrift, hva som er neste steg og hvem som er involvert vekker tillitt. Tydelighet gir tillit til prosess og rekrutterer.<\/p>\n<p>Headhunting i dag handler mye om matchmaking. Det er to parter som skal f\u00f8res sammen for \u00e5 finne ut om det er en \u00abmatch made in heaven\u00bb. De fleste ansettelser kan dog ikke omtales som nettopp dette, men det skal v\u00e6re et positivt resultat for begge parter. Videre forteller funn fra den svenske unders\u00f8kelsen at kandidater forventer at vi som hodejegere har gjort hjemmeleksa. Vi har satt oss inn i deres spesifikke bakgrunn.
