Er vi i Compass i Norge klare for det samme? Og er det mulig i alle type stillinger?<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:2,&quot;335551620&quot;:2,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\" style=\"font-size: medium;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&raquo;4.27.0&#8243; _module_preset=&raquo;default&raquo; global_colors_info=&raquo;{}&raquo;]<\/p>\n<p><span>I et arbeidsmarked som er i stadig utvikling og hvor kunstig intelligens i stor grad har sl\u00e5tt rot, er det tydelig at den skriftlige s\u00f8knaden har avtjent sin tjeneste. Da flere og flere mater informasjon om seg selv inn i AI-roboter og f\u00e5r skreddersydde s\u00f8knadstekster ved ett klikk, gir ikke s\u00f8knadsbrevet oss like mye informasjon om s\u00f8keren som tidligere.\u00a0 B\u00e5de AI-genererte og selvskrevne s\u00f8knadstekster kan ofte v\u00e6re en kilde til frustrasjon for rekrutterere: fulle av floskler og ubrukelig innhold, som kan kreve tid til \u00e5 formulere for kandidaten, og tid til \u00e5 tyde for den rekrutterende part. Til slutt st\u00e5r ofte begge parter igjen uten reell ny innsikt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&raquo;4.27.0&#8243; _module_preset=&raquo;default&raquo; global_colors_info=&raquo;{}&raquo;]<\/p>\n<h4><span>Er fremtiden &#8216;blind rekruttering&#8217;?<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span>Det er ikke bare hos Compass forandringens vinder bl\u00e5ser. Over hele markedet er det en bevegelse mot en mer &#8216;blind&#8217; rekrutteringsprosess. Flere bedrifter velger n\u00e5 ogs\u00e5 bort skriftlige s\u00f8knader. Noen sier ogs\u00e5 eksplisitt nei til bilder p\u00e5 CVer samt andre identifiserbare mark\u00f8rer som kan introdusere skjevheter i utvelgelsesprosessen. Det er en trend som taler til et \u00f8nske om \u00e5 holde fokus p\u00e5 faglig kompetanse fremfor forutinntatte holdninger. Blind rekruttering er ikke bare en trend \u2013 det er en metode for \u00e5 sikre et mer rettferdig og mer inkluderende arbeidsmarked, hvor skjevheter minimeres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Innovative tiln\u00e6rminger til rekruttering ser dagens lys, og noen selskaper g\u00e5r s\u00e5 langt som \u00e5 slutte med \u00e5 sende inn CVer. I stedet inviteres interesserte kandidater til \u00e5 delta i en prosess der de kan demonstrere sin egnethet for jobben gjennom en rekke sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l. Dette er et betydelig skifte fra tradisjonell metode og et steg mot en mer dialogbasert og kompetansefokusert rekruttering.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&raquo;4.27.0&#8243; _module_preset=&raquo;default&raquo; global_colors_info=&raquo;{}&raquo;]<\/p>\n<h4><span>Compass Danmarks reise mot nye metoder<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span>I Compass i Danmark utforsker de fortsatt og vurdere hvordan de, og kanskje p\u00e5 sikt vi, best kan integrere disse trendene i Compass&#8217; rekrutteringsstrategi. Vi er imidlertid sikre p\u00e5 \u00e9n ting: vi har bare sett toppen av isfjellet. Ved \u00e5 ta det f\u00f8rste steget og si nei takk til den skriftlige s\u00f8knaden, har v\u00e5re kollegaer lagt ut p\u00e5 en spennende reise inn i fremtidens rekrutteringslandskap.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>For kandidatene betyr dette en oppfordring til nytenkning. Dersom du \u00f8nsker \u00e5 fremheve motivasjonen din for \u00e5 s\u00f8ke en stilling, oppfordrer vi deg til \u00e5 inkludere noen f\u00e5 velvalgte linjer \u00f8verst p\u00e5 CVen. Sm\u00e5, men viktige detaljer, som et hull i CVen, kan med fordel forklares direkte p\u00e5 CVens tidslinje. N\u00f8kkelen her er enkelhet og tydelighet \u2013 ved \u00e5 samle all relevant informasjon p\u00e5 ett sted er det enklest mulig for leseren \u00e5 f\u00e5 et helhetsbilde av deg som kandidat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Vi ser frem til \u00e5 navigere i dette nye landskapet, der tradisjoner utfordres og innovasjon innen rekruttering ikke bare er et alternativ \u2013 det er veien videre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&raquo;4.27.3&#8243; _module_preset=&raquo;default&raquo; global_colors_info=&raquo;{}&raquo;]<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Passer dette for alle stillingene vi jobber med?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>For noen stillinger er det viktig for oss som rekrutterende part \u00e5 f\u00e5 innsikt i om kandidatene har et godt spr\u00e5k allerede n\u00e5r vi g\u00e5r gjennom s\u00f8knadene. V\u00e5r partner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.compasshrg.com\/no\/mot-teamet-vart\/anne-marit-heber-naerby\/\">Anne Marit Heber N\u00e6rby<\/a> har rekruttert til mange stillinger innen markedsf\u00f8ring og sier at &laquo;<em>skal vi ansette kandidater til stillinger hvor oppgavene er \u00e5 produsere tekst og innhold som skal n\u00e5 en kunde- eller medlemsmasse er det viktig at vi kan se at de kan ordlegge seg godt allerede f\u00f8r vi tar en prat med dem. Selv om bruk av ChatGPT, Copilot og liknende tjenester kan gi et falskt inntrykk av kandidaters evner til \u00e5 skrive, ser vi at de forel\u00f8pig er store tilhengere av floskler og overdrivelser n\u00e5r man ber dem om \u00e5 skrive en tekst om seg. Dette er noe de som er gode p\u00e5 formidlende tekst er flinke til \u00e5 luke ut, selv om hensikten er \u00e5 selge seg selv som jobbs\u00f8ker.<\/em>&laquo;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&raquo;4.27.3&#8243; _module_preset=&raquo;default&raquo; global_colors_info=&raquo;{}&raquo;]<\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Avslutningsvis<\/strong> b\u00f8r det nevnes at ogs\u00e5 alternative versjoner av den skriftlige s\u00f8knaden er p\u00e5 vei oppover. Et eksempel p\u00e5 dette er videos\u00f8knader, som gir et unikt innblikk i personen bak s\u00f8knaden. Denne tiln\u00e6rmingen st\u00e5r imidlertid i kontrast til den andre oppadg\u00e5ende trenden med &laquo;blind&raquo; rekruttering. Fremtidens rekrutteringslandskap er fortsatt usikkert, men \u00e9n ting er sikkert: I en bransje som tradisjonelt har blitt beskyldt for \u00e5 g\u00e5 litt i sirkler, rir vi n\u00e5 p\u00e5 en endringsb\u00f8lge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Denne dynamiske utviklingen er ogs\u00e5 tydelig her hos Compass.
