I dette innlegget oppsummerer vi deres funn.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&raquo;4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=&raquo;default&raquo; global_colors_info=&raquo;{}&raquo; theme_builder_area=&raquo;post_content&raquo;]<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"948\" data-end=\"1009\">Kunstig intelligens endrer arbeidsoppgaver, ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis antall jobber<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1011\" data-end=\"1340\">Et sentralt poeng var at kunstig intelligens i f\u00f8rste omgang handler om <strong data-start=\"1083\" data-end=\"1100\">oppgaveskifte<\/strong> heller enn <strong data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1126\">jobbskifte<\/strong>. Teknologien endrer m\u00e5ten vi utf\u00f8rer arbeid p\u00e5, fra dataanalyse og kundeservice til kreativ produksjon. Dette betyr ikke at folk mister jobbene sine umiddelbart, men at arbeidsrollen kan se annerledes ut p\u00e5 f\u00e5 \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&raquo;4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=&raquo;default&raquo; global_colors_info=&raquo;{}&raquo; theme_builder_area=&raquo;post_content&raquo;]<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1347\" data-end=\"1371\">Langsiktig usikkerhet<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1373\" data-end=\"1709\">P\u00e5 kort sikt er endringene h\u00e5ndterbare, men det langsiktige bildet er mer usikkert. Fremtidige teknologiske gjennombrudd, nye reguleringer og forskjeller i tilpasningstempo mellom bransjer kan f\u00f8re til b\u00e5de nye muligheter og store utfordringer. For \u00e5 m\u00f8te dette trengs m\u00e5lrettet kompetansepolitikk og et sterkt fokus p\u00e5 livslang l\u00e6ring.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&raquo;4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=&raquo;default&raquo; hover_enabled=&raquo;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&raquo;{}&raquo; theme_builder_area=&raquo;post_content&raquo; sticky_enabled=&raquo;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1716\" data-end=\"1745\">Kompetansegapet er tydelig<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1747\" data-end=\"1963\">En <a href=\"https:\/\/www.akademikerne.no\/se-ki-rapportlansering-her\">SINTEF-unders\u00f8kelse, gjennomf\u00f8rt for Akademikerne<\/a>, viser at <strong data-start=\"1810\" data-end=\"1844\">tre av fire kunnskapsarbeidere<\/strong> med h\u00f8yere utdanning opplever mangelfull oppl\u00e6ring i bruk av kunstig intelligens. De mest etterspurte ferdighetene er:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1967\" data-end=\"2003\">Kritisk vurdering av KI-resultater<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1967\" data-end=\"2003\">Praktisk bruk av KI i eget fagfelt<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1967\" data-end=\"2003\">Evne til \u00e5 samarbeide med KI-verkt\u00f8y<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&raquo;4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=&raquo;default&raquo; hover_enabled=&raquo;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&raquo;{}&raquo; theme_builder_area=&raquo;post_content&raquo; sticky_enabled=&raquo;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2090\" data-end=\"2131\">Ledelse og tilrettelegging er n\u00f8kkelen<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2133\" data-end=\"2450\">Oppl\u00e6ring i kunstig intelligens m\u00e5 v\u00e6re et ledelsesansvar, ikke overlates til enkeltansatte. Et godt eksempel er Storebrand, som gjennom workshops, interne KI-ambassad\u00f8rer og systematisk kompetansebygging \u00f8kte KI-bruken fra 40 prosent til 83 prosent. Resultatet var merkbar forbedring b\u00e5de i kvalitet og effektivitet.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&raquo;4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=&raquo;default&raquo; hover_enabled=&raquo;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&raquo;{}&raquo; theme_builder_area=&raquo;post_content&raquo; sticky_enabled=&raquo;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2457\" data-end=\"2491\">L\u00e6ring som kontinuerlig prosess<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2493\" data-end=\"2741\">Ekspertene p\u00e5 Arendalsuka var enige om at kompetanseheving m\u00e5 v\u00e6re en <strong data-start=\"2563\" data-end=\"2583\">p\u00e5g\u00e5ende prosess<\/strong>. Kunstig intelligens utvikler seg raskt, og oppl\u00e6ring m\u00e5 v\u00e6re en integrert del av arbeidskulturen.
