Kan du stole p\u00e5 at hodejegeren h\u00e5ndterer rekrutteringsprosessen med h\u00f8y standard? Vil de forst\u00e5 virksomheten din, behandle kandidater med respekt og opptre som en god ambassad\u00f8r for organisasjonen din?<\/p>\n<p>Dag Mevold, tidligere administrerende direkt\u00f8r i BNPs forsikringsselskap i Norge, trengte en rekrutteringspartner for \u00e5 rekruttere en ny direkt\u00f8r. Han var presset p\u00e5 tid og takknemlig for hjelpen han fikk fra sine svenske kolleger som allerede hadde unders\u00f8kt og testet hodejegerbyr\u00e5et Compass Human Resources, som ogs\u00e5 operert i de andre nordiske landene.<\/p>\n<p><em>Vi gjennomf\u00f8rer en godkjenningsprosess f\u00f8r vi engasjerer et byr\u00e5, og det faktum at Compass allerede hadde v\u00e6rt<\/em><span>\u00a0<\/span><em>pr\u00f8vd og testet gjorde meg komfortabel med \u00e5 initiere<\/em><span>\u00a0<\/span>et<span>\u00a0<\/span><em>samarbeid, sier Dag Mevold.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Rekruttering, spesielt av sjefer og ledere, er kostbart, men \u00e5 ansette feil person har vist seg \u00e5 koste enda mer. En feilansettelse i Norge kan koste virksomheten halvannen gang den ansattes potensiell \u00e5rsl\u00f8nn. Tallene varierer, men faktum er fortsatt: en feilansettelse er kostbar, og ikke bare \u00f8konomisk. Det trenger ikke engang \u00e5 v\u00e6re en feilansettelse. Hvis en ansatt slutter innen de f\u00f8rste 6-12 m\u00e5nedene, vil det koste selskapet 2,3 ganger den personens \u00e5rsl\u00f8nn \u00e5 erstatte ham eller henne, if\u00f8lge en studie av Korn Ferry i 2017. \u00c5rsakene varierer, men en av dem er mangel p\u00e5 kunnskap og bevisbaserte rekrutteringsprosesser, sier forskere.<\/p>\n<p>If\u00f8lge professor Ole Iversen ved BI, gj\u00f8r ikke det faktum at et selskap har lang erfaring med \u00e5 ansette, at de ikke ansetter feil person.\u00a0Ingen metode er uten feil, men eksperter sier at det finnes m\u00e5ter \u00e5 redusere risikoen for feilansettelser.<\/p>\n<p>Intervjuet, eller personlighetsvurderingen alene, gir en begrenset muligheten til \u00e5 forutsi kandidatens arbeidsytelse. Men en grundig prosess med et utvalg av verkt\u00f8y og referansesamtaler har vist seg mer effektiv n\u00e5r det gjelder \u00e5 sikre gode ansettelser.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&raquo;1&#8243; global_colors_info=&raquo;{}&raquo; theme_builder_area=&raquo;post_content&raquo;]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Strukturerte prosesser\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Etter sin f\u00f8rste ansettelse kom Dag Mevold tilbake til samme rekrutteringspartner for andre og tredje gang.<\/p>\n<p><em>Jeg var forn\u00f8yd med resultatene, og jeg satte pris p\u00e5<\/em><span>\u00a0<\/span><em>den strukturerte prosessen.\u00a0De vurderte og<\/em><span>\u00a0<\/span>f<em>orsto v\u00e5re behov raskt.\u00a0Det er viktig for meg at jeg ikke beh\u00f8ver \u00e5 l\u00e6re opp en ny rekrutteringspartner for hver nye<\/em><span>\u00a0<\/span><em>ansettelse, sier Dag Mevold.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nils Andresen, salgssjef i BNPs kapitalforvaltningsselskap Alfred Berg, er ogs\u00e5 klar over viktigheten av \u00e5 finne de rette menneskene til sitt team.<\/p>\n<p><em>V\u00e5r suksess som virksomhet avhenger av riktig person<\/em><span>\u00a0<\/span><em>p\u00e5 rett sted, sier Nils Andresen.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Det er ogs\u00e5 derfor han jobber strategisk med en rekrutteringspartner.<\/p>\n<p><em>De har<\/em><span>\u00a0<\/span><em>verkt\u00f8y, kunnskap og prosesser til \u00e5 finne og vurdere<\/em><span>\u00a0<\/span><em>kandidater.\u00a0Ikke bare vurderingen av en kandidat, men ogs\u00e5 av<\/em><span>\u00a0<\/span><em>markedet.\u00a0Vi har et stort nettverk innen kapitalforvaltning, men de kan v\u00e6re i stand til \u00e5 finne attraktive<\/em><span>\u00a0<\/span><em>kandidater utenfor v\u00e5r bransje, sier Nils Andresen.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&raquo;1&#8243; De siste f\u00f8rti \u00e5rene med forskning har ogs\u00e5 vist at motiverte ansatte tiltrekkes ikke av l\u00f8nn og bonuser alene. Autonomi, tillit og muligheten til \u00e5 ha innvirkning motiverer kandidater i alle aldre.\u00a0Med dette i tankene, og at det er kandidatenes marked, blir det stadig viktigere for et selskap \u00e5 kjenne kandidatmarkedet, \u00e5 ha etablert et nettverk av kandidatforhold, og ha evne til \u00e5 matche en klient med en kandidat.<\/p>\n<p>Rekruttering er en relasjonell virksomhet.
