Fleksibilitet, endringsvilje og digital kompetanse er tre av \u00e5rsakene til det, sier rekrutteringsekspert.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Etter et utfordrende \u00e5r for mange, er vi inne i en spennende fase for n\u00e6ringslivet. En fase hvor norske virksomheter ansetter mye. Og mange av dem vil ha godt av \u00e5 tenke nytt, forteller Bj\u00f8rn Erik Graff, daglig leder og partner i rekrutteringsbyr\u00e5et Compass Human Resources.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Bedrifter har n\u00e5 en unik mulighet til \u00e5 tiltrekke seg unge, flinke folk. Covid-19 har f\u00f8rt til store endringer i en arbeidshverdag som allerede var preget av at verden g\u00e5r hurtig fremover. Vi har tatt kvantesprang n\u00e5r det gjelder anvendelse av teknologi, og det krever en ny type kunnskap. Unge i dag l\u00e6rer fort og har ofte bred digital kompetanse, sier Graff.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Vi ser ogs\u00e5 at de unge har en st\u00f8rre grad av fleksibilitet og endringsvilje. Dette gjelder b\u00e5de med hensyn til betingelser og forventninger om egenutvikling. Graff mener det ligger i sakens natur at de yngre utfordrer det etablerte.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Mange arbeidsgivere er trygghetss\u00f8kende, og ansetter derfor heller noen med lang erfaring. N\u00e6ringslivsledere m\u00e5 i st\u00f8rre grad i dag jobbe for \u00e5 fremst\u00e5 som en attraktiv arbeidsgiver, samtidig som de med stor fordel kan v\u00e6re modigere i rekrutteringen. Det gjelder b\u00e5de med hensyn til alder og mangfold, sier han.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8kt mangfold har lenge v\u00e6rt p\u00e5 agendaen i n\u00e6ringslivet. Men selv om ledere ofte uttrykker at de er tilhengere av dette, ender mange av dem opp med \u00e5 prioritere homogenitet.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Man kan raskt gjemme seg bak argumenter som \u00abcultural fit\u00bb og \u00aborganisatorial fit\u00bb. Man er kanskje redd for at vedkommende ikke skal passe inn eller at en selv skal f\u00e5 kritiske bemerkninger for en ansettelse. Men i en \u00e5pen \u00f8konomi, som den nordiske, trenger man ulike impulser. Mange sitter p\u00e5 unik kunnskap og innsikt gjennom sin bakgrunn, og det vises ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis p\u00e5 CV-en. Det er sunt \u00e5 tenke samhandling p\u00e5 tvers av land, kulturer og fagdisipliner. Byr\u00e5et har flere ti\u00e5rs erfaring innen de fleste bransjer, og jobber ogs\u00e5 i mange tilfeller over landegrenser.<\/p>\n<p>Compass har i stor grad langsiktige kundeforhold, og er opptatt av \u00e5 bygge en relasjon hvor de er en n\u00e6r partner og r\u00e5dgiver for sine kunder.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Vi er opptatt av en god og tett dialog for \u00e5 forst\u00e5 virksomheten best mulig. Vi tror ikke at \u00e9n bestemt l\u00f8sning fungerer for alle &#8211; vi skreddersyr prosessen etter kundens utfordringer, forklarer Graff.<\/p>\n<p>Og tallene viser at det er effektivt \u00e5 bruke Compass. Byr\u00e5et har en gjenkj\u00f8pgrad p\u00e5 over 80 %, og de fleste de ansetter er fortsatt hos samme oppdragsgiver etter 24 m\u00e5neder.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Det viktigste vi gj\u00f8r er \u00e5 forberede virksomheter p\u00e5 morgendagen.
