Silje Svejstrup Elde

I have a Bachelor degree in Public Administration & Management with specialization in political science at the University of Oslo. In the spring of 2020, I wrote a bachelor’s thesis on how the size of the municipality could affect the child welfare service in the municipality. I am currently doing a Master at the University of Oslo. The study forms a professional basis for understanding and dealing with complexity and change in organizations and working life based on critical organizational theory and recent organizational sociology.

I was part of an interdisciplinary group project for the National Association for Public Health in the spring of 2021. The project dealt with motivation and recruitment to the dementia associations, and resulted in a project report and presentation to the National Association’s management.
