Sunniva Amblie Sørensen

I am currently a student at the Master’s program Organization and Leadership at the University of Oslo, and will complete my degree in 2023. I specialize in strategic communication, but gain an understanding of organizations, and technology. I have a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and Management with specialization in political science. My bachelor thesis explored how different leadership can increase innovation. Before this, I studied both marketing at BI and Sociology at UiO.

My motivation for recruitment stems from a curiosity about people, knowledge and different organizations and industries. My job is to find talented candidates and ensure that the process flows and is perceived as professional.
