As AMS Operations & Excellence Manager you will ensure operational efficiency and compliance in AMS operations worldwide through the monitoring of operational performance and quality, as well as processes and systems.

You will confidently coordinate global process implementations for both new processes and the optimization and upgrade of existing processes within operational and/or systems handling. An example could be within sustainability, which is a clear focus area for the company, as they are looking to reuse product components where it makes sense, as well as reselling refurbished products in suitable markets.

Also, you will lead and own customer facing tools and programs in AMS such as Jabra ServiceNet (JSN), as well as AMS functionality in Jabra apps. Another key responsibility is to own Jabra warranty terms and policies management and ensure they are managed, controlled, and updated to reflect worldwide need and regulations through close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

To succeed with these important objectives, you will have a keen focus on having an excellent understanding of GN Audio’s end user customers, their needs and behaviors, including changes in product user scenarios etc.

Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder management skills
As AMS Operations & Excellence Manager, we expect you to have a relevant educational background and a minimum of 5 years of experience working with international aftermarket services in a fast-moving environment. Ideally you come from a similar position such as Aftermarket Services Manager or Specialist, or alternatively with a background as a Project Manager. You have sound analytical skills and commercial awareness, combined with solid IT and process understanding including experience with process mapping. Moreover, you have strong stakeholder management skills and are a skilled communicator, as well as a conceptual thinker, who thrives on prioritizing and managing many tasks at the same time.
