As head of the newly established function you will spearhead a major investment with great support and attention from the management. With a strong focus on Lead Generation you will have a very central role in the realization of the group’s ambitious growth plans, and you need the necessary overview and experience to set the team that ensures the development and execution of BILA’s digital marketing strategy.
Main responsibilities will be:
- recruitment of competent digital specialists to your dedicated team
- lead and develop the team securing direction, energy and motivation
- develop and ensure execution of inbound campaigns on various market segments
- design and implement the digital marketing strategy with budget and objectives
- establish the digital system landscape to structure and support the strategy
- improve website structure, content, UX etc. to drive customer experience and traffic
- plan and initiate activities calibrated with the sales efforts in all business units
- setting up, measuring, and reporting on KPI’s, eg. conversion rates and continuous optimization of performance
- Ensuring the optimum flow of relevant activities on digital platforms
- Focusing on implementing efficiency tools such as automation flows, SEA/SEO, dashboards etc.
- Rethinking and strengthening the corporate branding and communication effort
