GN is on an exciting growth journey and has delivered excellent results in recent years. To support the future growth, innovation and strategy development, GN Hearing is now looking for a Head of Global Strategic Business Intelligence, based in Ballerup Denmark.
Set the strategic direction – Lead and transform
With a direct report to the CMO, you will play a key role in the Global Marketing Leadership Team and in defining and implementing the overall strategic business intelligence agenda in GN Hearing.
You will create, lead and develop a strong and well-organised Business Intelligence team covering 4 main areas: Business Performance & Strategic Analysis, Global Pricing, Data Strategy & Excellence and Global Market Research.
Your main task will be to fundamentally transform the function into a strategic business partner for not only Global Marketing but also Top Management, Sales Regions and other functions such as Global Finance and R&D. Achieving this, requires professionalising the functional area by setting the direction and strengthen fact based decision making, which turns data and insights into concrete strategies and result-oriented actions.
Strategic and analytical with a strong executive presence
We expect you to hold a Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent, combined with extensive experience from leading a strategic and international business intelligence-, data excellence- and/or business insights function in an international company with complex data structures and complex decision making. You might even have experience from business consulting where you have obtained the classic consulting toolbox. Strong strategic, logical and analytical skills are a must, as well as the ability to lead and motivate your team to excellence. Clear communication and a strong executive presence are also prerequisites to effectively work with and gain the trust of senior internal and external stakeholders on all levels in GN Hearing.
