Drive key stakeholders and ensure supply chain optimisation in the Nordics
As Nordic Logistics Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to ensure the availability of Aspen products to relevant customers, by coordinating demand management, supply optimisation and pricing. In this way, you will act as the First Point of Contact between our Danish logistic service provider and all Nordic wholesalers. In addition, you will be responsible for driving selected administrative functions, such as Clawbacks and Discount reconciliation and Aspen Contract Library management.

In the role as Nordic Logistics Coordinator, your day will therefore consist of varied tasks, such as:

  • Supply chain monitoring and reporting: Proactively communicating with key internal and external stakeholders in the Nordics, as well as monitoring stock levels, inventory and managing (master) data.
  • Pricing monitoring and select reporting: Maintaining pricing information, herein overviews of discounts and pricing corridors, checking validity of claw back claims and communicating pricing information according to external requirements.
  • Administration: Preparing documentation in collaboration with Regulatory, as well as handling contracts and invoices.
  • Business Intelligence: Researching/compiling market insights e.g. (public) pricing, purchase patterns, as well as compiling and disseminating monthly sales reports.

In this way, the Nordic Logistics Coordinator will assume a varied palette of tasks, which entails a great opportunity to shape the role and develop your professional competencies. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance Nordics/Benelux/Alpine, you will be part of a small team of passionate colleagues, with international responsibilities, working from our modern offices in Copenhagen area.

Proactive, structured and service-minded colleague
To succeed in the role as Nordic Logistics Coordinator, you can come from a variety of backgrounds, but we imagine that you have at least a few years’ experience from a similar role with a thorough understanding of logistical operations and supply chain management from an administrative viewpoint. Furthermore, you have an analytical, data-driven mindset and know your way around Excel. Most importantly, you are a proactive ‘go-getter’, who works systematically, with a distinct service-minded approach to both internal and external stakeholders.
