Johnny Aastad

I have a higher education and broad management experience from the Norwegian Armed Forces. In addition, I have a degree in civil engineering with a diploma from NTH. I also have more than 20 years of experience with Executive Search in the private business and public sector. In Compass, I have worked with various industries, but with a special focus on real estate, construction and civil engineering. I have recruited for most specialist positions, a number of management positions and several board members.
