Hanna Kaupang

I started working as Researcher in the beginning of 2017. After two years abroad establishing a new base for a Norwegian NGO, working mainly as an Executive PA to the General Manager, I started my career in recruiting with Compass. After three years as researcher, I took over the role as Research Manager, and in 2023 took the next step to Consultant.

I have a Masters degree in international communication and media, with an additional master program in HR.

I have researched a variety of roles in all six of Compass’ main industries, for roles in IT/telecom/AI, industry, retail, bank, insurance etc. I have helped fill roles extending from sales to complex technology specialists, on mid to C-level. My strength as a consultant lies in my ability to network, connect and build trust with candidates & clients.
