Reporting to the Managing Director and joining the leadership team, you will play a central role in shaping how technology enables growth, stronger delivery and customer impact.<\/p>\n<p>The role combines strategic CIO responsibilities \u2013 including technology governance, platforms, security and architecture \u2013 with CTO leadership across engineering practices, delivery models, innovation and emerging technologies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and drive the overall technology and engineering strategy<\/li>\n<li>Set direction for architecture, cloud platforms and technology choices<\/li>\n<li>Drive engineering excellence and modern delivery practices across the organization<\/li>\n<li>Lead the development of capabilities within AI, data, cloud and software engineering<\/li>\n<li>Translate emerging technologies into scalable and commercially relevant services<\/li>\n<li>Drive technology transformation, standardization and simplification<\/li>\n<li>Ensure strong technology governance, security, compliance and resilience<\/li>\n<li>Build a culture of engineering excellence, innovation and continuous learning<\/li>\n<li>Act as a senior technology advisor to customers and internal stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We are looking for<\/strong><br \/>\nAn experienced CTO, CIO, Head of Technology or similar leader with a strong background from technology consulting, digital engineering or another complex technology environment.<\/p>\n<p>You have experience leading technology or engineering across multiple countries and are comfortable operating at the intersection of business strategy, technology, customers and people.
