I denna sammanst\u00e4llning \u00e5terspeglas svaren fr\u00e5n de 190 kandidater som deltog i enk\u00e4ten.<\/p>\n<h4><span data-contrast=\"auto\" xml:lang=\"FI\" lang=\"FI\">Bristande ledarskap som faktor<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>145 av de svarande planerar att byta jobb inom de n\u00e4rmaste 6 m\u00e5naderna. Nedan har vi listat n\u00e5gra av de vanligaste orsakerna till att man v\u00e4ljer att b\u00f6rja leta efter ett nytt jobb.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bristande ledarskap i nuvarande organisation \u00e4r den vanligaste orsaken till att anst\u00e4llda ser sig om och \u00f6verv\u00e4ger att s\u00f6ka nya jobb, detta angavs av en tredjedel av respondenterna. Andra avg\u00f6rande faktorer \u00e4r brist p\u00e5 m\u00f6jligheter till personlig utveckling samt svag l\u00f6neutveckling och\/eller andra f\u00f6rm\u00e5ner.<\/p>\n<h4>Flexibilitet rankas h\u00f6gst av arbetss\u00f6kande\u00a0<\/h4>\n<p>Arbetss\u00f6kande v\u00e4rderar i h\u00f6g grad arbetsgivare som erbjuder flexibilitet och m\u00f6jlighet att p\u00e5verka sitt eget arbete. En fj\u00e4rdedel av respondenterna uppgav detta som den fr\u00e4msta anledningen till att de \u00f6verv\u00e4ger en ny arbetsgivare. Detta f\u00f6ljs av attraktiva f\u00f6rm\u00e5ner och konkurrenskraftig l\u00f6n, n\u00e5got som cirka en sj\u00e4ttedel anser vara de mest betydelsefulla faktorerna vid bed\u00f6mning av en potentiell arbetsgivare. Ungef\u00e4r lika m\u00e5nga v\u00e4rdes\u00e4tter en stark f\u00f6retagskultur.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Socialt ansvarstagande och etiska standarder rangordnas som mindre betydelsefulla n\u00e4r arbetss\u00f6kande s\u00f6ker nya utmaningar. Endast en tiondel av de svarande anser att detta \u00e4r den viktigaste faktorn vid bed\u00f6mning av en arbetsgivare.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Efterfr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 transparens, tydlighet och \u00e4rlighet i rekryteringsprocesser\u00a0<\/h4>\n<p>Tydlighet och transparens under rekryteringsprocessens g\u00e5ng prioriteras av de svarande. N\u00e4stan h\u00e4lften betonade att transparens \u00e4r det viktigaste i en rekryteringsprocess. Fr\u00e5gor om l\u00f6neniv\u00e5, rollens ansvar och m\u00e5ls\u00e4ttningar samt v\u00e4sentlig information om f\u00f6retaget b\u00f6r besvaras tidigt i processen enligt respondenterna.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Exempel p\u00e5 viktiga delar i en rekryteringsprocess enligt deltagarna \u00e4r:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tydlighet och \u00e4rlighet, snabb \u00e5terkoppling.<\/li>\n<li>Snabb tillg\u00e5ng till relevant information om tj\u00e4nsten och arbetsgivaren.<\/li>\n<li>Tydlig annons och kravprofil, konkret tidsplan som ocks\u00e5 h\u00e5lls<\/li>\n<li>\u00d6ppen kommunikation genom hela processen, och motivering vid beslut om anst\u00e4llning\/icke anst\u00e4llning.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Kompetenta rekryterare\u00a0<\/h4>\n<p>De svarande uppskattar rekryterare som \u00e4r v\u00e4l f\u00f6rberedda, insatta i den s\u00f6kandes bakgrund och kompetens och som har god f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga \u00a0att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 hur kandidaten kan bidra. En femtedel av respondenterna anser att detta \u00e4r den viktigaste faktorn f\u00f6r en positiv upplevelse av rekryteringsprocessen.<\/p>\n<p>Exempel p\u00e5 \u00f6nskv\u00e4rda egenskaper hos rekryterare\/rekryteringskonsult \u00e4r:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>F\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r kandidatens erfarenheter och kunskap.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4rderande av kandidater som individer och inte bara som en resurs f\u00f6r att fylla positioner.<\/li>\n<li>Djupg\u00e5ende kunskap om den aktuella branschen som kandidaten skall verka i och kandidaternas kompetens.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Of\u00f6rklarlig tystnad skapar irritation\u00a0<\/h4>\n<p>Arbetss\u00f6kande v\u00e4rdes\u00e4tter tydlig kommunikation och en snabb process. \u00d6ver h\u00e4lften av kandidaterna uppger of\u00f6rklarliga perioder av tystnad som den mest irriterande faktorn.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Andra exempel p\u00e5 situationer som ogillas av kandidater \u00e4r:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Brist p\u00e5 kommunikation efter en positiv intervju.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5nga perioder av tystnad n\u00e4r man inte l\u00e4ngre \u00e4r aktuell f\u00f6r rollen.<\/li>\n<li>Uppskjutande av slutintervju och brist p\u00e5 f\u00f6rklaring om f\u00f6rseningar.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Rekryteringsprocessens fallgropar\u00a0<\/h4>\n<p>Svaren p\u00e5 fr\u00e5gor som handlar om d\u00e5liga erfarenheter i samband med rekryteringsprocesser \u00e4r fler \u00e4n svaren p\u00e5 vad som karakteriserar en god rekryteringsprocess.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Exempel p\u00e5 negativa upplevelser fr\u00e5n de svarande \u00e4r:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Att f\u00e5 information om s\u00e4mre anst\u00e4llningsvillkor \u00e4n f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntat vid sistasteget, i samband med avtalsskrivning.<\/li>\n<li>Ingen \u00e5terkoppling efter att ha genomf\u00f6rt flera intervjuer och tester.<\/li>\n<li>Uppskjutande av slutintervju utan n\u00e5gon f\u00f6rklaring.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>V\u00e4rdet av en positiv upplevelse i rekryteringsprocesser\u00a0<\/h4>\n<p>En positiv upplevelse av rekryteringsprocessen \u00f6kar sannolikheten att den arbetss\u00f6kande l\u00e4mnar med en positiv bild av f\u00f6retaget, oavsett om man fick jobbet eller inte. Effektiv kommunikation och respekt f\u00f6r kandidaternas investerade tid \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r att skapa en positiv upplevelse.
