Christian Holman, Northern European Service Manager p\u00e5 Bio-Rad, \u00e4r ansvarig f\u00f6r Storbritannien, Norden och \u00d6steuropa. Den viktigaste utg\u00e5ngspunkten f\u00f6r rekryteringsprocessen, enligt Christian , \u00e4r att fastst\u00e4lla alla behov och krav f\u00f6r en l\u00e4mplig kandidat.<\/p>\n

N\u00e4r Bio-Rad s\u00f6ker nya ingenj\u00f6rer till de nordiska l\u00e4nderna prioriterar man b\u00e5de teknisk kompetens och att hitta en person som \u00e4r villig och kapabel att resa inom l\u00e4nderna.<\/p>\n

Efter att ha samarbetat i flera \u00e5r med Carl Henrik Edfors<\/a>, seniorkonsult p\u00e5 Compass HRG, sparade kartl\u00e4ggningen av dessa kompetenser v\u00e4rdefull tid f\u00f6r b\u00e5de Bio-Rad och teamet p\u00e5 Compass HRG. Christian Holman s\u00e4ger: ”Carl Henrik har hj\u00e4lpt oss flera g\u00e5nger och han har alltid varit en bra partner n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller att hitta r\u00e4tt kandidater och profiler f\u00f6r v\u00e5r verksamhet”.<\/p>\n

Kommunikation spelar en avg\u00f6rande roll<\/h2>\n

En stark \u00f6ppen kultur som bygger p\u00e5 en h\u00f6g grad av st\u00f6d \u00e4r en stor del av Bio-Rad, som Christian Holman s\u00e4ger: ”Kulturen i v\u00e5rt f\u00f6retag \u00e4r att verkligen st\u00f6dja varandra och att arbeta n\u00e4ra varandra b\u00e5de i Norden och i Europa”.<\/p>\n

Kommunikation spelar en central roll f\u00f6r s\u00e5v\u00e4l nya medarbetare som arbetar n\u00e4ra kunderna p\u00e5 plats, som i organisationen och under hela samarbetet med Compass HRG: ”Vi hade en bra dialog och kommunikation under processen. Carl Henrik prioriterade statussamtal, han delade med sig av sina \u00e5sikter och p\u00e5 platser d\u00e4r det var sv\u00e5rare att hitta r\u00e4tt kandidat kunde vi enkelt \u00e4ndra och justera kriterierna”.<\/p>\n

Att kartl\u00e4gga andra branscher var en lyckad \u00f6gon\u00f6ppnare<\/h2>\n

Som i m\u00e5nga andra branscher kan det vara ganska sv\u00e5rt att hitta r\u00e4tt talanger inom life science-industrin. Som en l\u00f6sning p\u00e5 detta har man bland annat letat efter kandidater med liknande teknisk bakgrund i andra branscher. Christian Holman s\u00e4ger s\u00e5 h\u00e4r om detta tillv\u00e4gag\u00e5ngss\u00e4tt: ”Det gav oss mycket motiverade personer som verkligen var intresserade av att komma in p\u00e5 v\u00e5rt omr\u00e5de. Det var ett intressant s\u00e4tt att n\u00e4rma sig v\u00e5ra utmaningar och visade sig vara en framg\u00e5ngsfaktor n\u00e4r det g\u00e4llde att hitta mer relevanta kandidater”.<\/p>\n

Bygga och uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5lla relationer<\/h2>\n
